Hippari: Kaede

This hand-stitched women's indigo navy blue cotton hippari farmers jacket has a charming white geometric floral kasuri (ikat) pattern. It has about 8 cm slits at the bottom of both sides. The ends of sleeves are quite slim. The jacket, typical of Japanese folkwear, is slightly starched and will soften after a couple of hand washes in cold water.

Kaede is a lovely piece with a warm folk feeling. It will be a great casual jacket with jeans or any other denim items!
