This hand-stitched women's indigo cotton hippari farmers jacket has a charming white geometric kasuri 絣 (ikat) pattern in indigo navy blue. The sleeves are about three quarter length. The jacket, typical of Japanese folkwear. It has a wrap-over front with a tie closure inside.

Toki is a lovely piece with a warm folk feeling. It will make a great casual jacket with jeans or any other denim items!
It has certain wear and other flaws including marks, a 1.5 cm hole and a 5 mm hole at the front left bottom, but it is such a fantastic vintage piece and definitely one of my favourite ones. Please check detail photos and 'Extra Images'.
