Black Cotton Hanten Jacket: Musashi

This is a fantastic vintage cotton hanten jacket.
Kanji lettering on lapel says ‘Nihon Minyo Kenkyu-kai (Minyo Japanese folk song research group) 日本民謡研究会’ and the jacket also has wonderful design of wild cherry-blossoms and ichimatsu (checked) pattern which is dyed in katazome (stencil dyeing) at the bottom and the back.

It would be stunning to use as an unique jacket and also display as a wonderful piece of art for a room.
