This hand-stitched women's indigo cotton hippari farmers jacket has a charming light bluish white geometric kasuri 絣 (ikat) pattern in indigo navy blue. It has short sleeves and the cuff width is about 16.5cm. There are about 10 cm slits at the bottom of both sides.The jacket, typical of Japanese folkwear. It has a wrap-over front with a tie closure inside.

Toki is a really charming piece with a warm folk feeling.
It will make a great casual jacket with jeans or any other denim items! It has certain wear, but it is in a good condition for the age and such a fantastic vintage piece and definitely one of my favourite ones. Please check detail photos and 'Extra Images'.
