This is a women's chirimen (crepe) silk haori kimono jacket which has a soft and smooth touch in a good quality of silk with gorgeous Yatsude (Japanese Fatsia) design, geometric pattern and stripes. It has rather elegant long length for a haori which is typical of Taisho era (early 1900s) style. The red silk lining is also a character from the era.
It would be stunning to wear as a jacket and display as a decorative art piece for a room. Holy Moly is a stylish attractive antique piece.
The model is about 157cm (5’2”).
It has certain wear and some flaws including a 3mm hole at the bottom of the front left sleeve which is not too obvious, but as a whole it is in a very good condition for the age. Please check the detail photos and the 'Extra Images'.
