This is a women’s meisen silk kimono witch has charming purple flowers with purple and turquoise abstract pattern in browny beige.
The lining of the top main part is in red cotton and bottom part in cream yellow silk. The hem of the kimono is slightly padded.
It would be stunning to use as a dress and also display as a fabulous piece of art for a room. My Girl is an attractive antique piece.
This kimono is quite long. Please check the measurement. You may need to have a bit of tuck at your waist with this length of kimono unless you are very tall. You can adjust the length by using a koshihimo (a cord tied around the waist of a womans kimono to hold it in place). Koshihimo is available for £4. Please ask for more details.
It has certain wear and some other flaws including marks and about 1cm tear in the lining, but as a whole it is in a pretty good condition for the age. Please check the detail photos and the 'Extra Images'.
