This hand-stitched women's indigo cotton hippari farmers jacket has a lovely yellow, pink and light blue geometric kasuri 絣 (ikat) pattern in indigo navy blue. It has short sleeves and the cuff width is about 13.5cm. The jacket, typical of Japanese folkwear. It has a wrap-over front with a tie closure inside.

Momo is a really charming piece with a warm folk feeling. It will make a great casual jacket with jeans or any other denim items!
It has certain wear, but it is in a very good condition for the age and such a fantastic vintage piece, definitely one of my favourite ones! Please check detail photos and 'Extra Images'.
