This is a fantastic women's glamorous dark deep coral pink silk kimono which has a soft and smooth touch in good quality silk with black ume (plum) flower design and beautiful classic floral jacquard pattern of botan (peony) and ougi (fan). The lining is in ivory silk. The lapel is bachi-eri (folded lapel).
Memoirs of Geisha is such a gorgeous antique kimono. I really love it. I can imagine an elegant lady who is wearing this kimono in one of pictures from time of Art Nouveau!
The kimono would be stunning to wear as a dress and also as a decorative art piece for a room.
I try to show you as accurate colours as possible but it's not always easy in a photo so the real colour might be slightly different from the pictures. I think the real colour is much more beautiful.
