This women’s chirimen (crepe) silk kimono which has a soft and smooth touch in a good quality of silk with an enchanting little colourful floral pattern in leaves design all over in a refreshing off white. The contrast of those all colours is fantastic.
The lapel is bachi-eri (folded lapel). The lining of the top main part is in red silk and bottom part is in pretty pink silk. The kimono would be stunning to wear and also display as a wonderful piece of art for a room. Gone With The Wind is a really attractive antique piece.
This kimono is quite long. Please check the measurement. You may need to have a bit of tuck at your waist with this length of kimono unless you are very tall. You can adjust the length by using a koshihimo (a cord tied around the waist of a womans kimono to hold it in place). Koshihimo is available for £4. Please ask for more details.
