This is a women’s purple kinsha (fine crepe) silk kimono which has a soft and smooth touch in a good quality of silk with sanbashi (pier), momiji (maple), ume (plum) and matsu (pine) design. It also has gorgeous botan (peony) and tachibana (mandarin orange) jacquard pattern. The lapel is a bachi-eri (folded lapel). The top lining is red silk and the bottom is in reddish purple silk.
It would be fantastic to dress and also as a decorative art piece for a room. Perfect Day is a really attractive antique piece.
I try to show you as accurate colours as possible but it's not always easy in a photo so the real colour might be slightly different from the pictures. I think the real colour is much more beautiful.
It has certain wear and flaws including some small marks but I don't personally think they are too obvious, as a whole, it is in very good condition for the age. Please check the detail photos and the 'Extra Images'.
